French Art Deco 1930s Opal Diamonds Platinum Brooch

Brooch in platinum, dog head hallmark.
Delightful antique brooch, it is adorned in the center with a round opal cabochon shouldered on either side with two antique brilliant-cut diamonds. The rest of the clasp is set with a line of 2x8 rose- cut diamonds. The clasp is a safety pin.
Weight of the two main diamonds : about 0.14 carat.
Length : 5.2 cm, diameter of the opal cabochon : 8.1 mm, thickness : about 5 mm.
Total weight of the jewel : 5.7 g approximately.
