Satisfied or refunded : a Jewelry Purchase guaranteed and in all serenity

For a purchase in all serenity, we endeavour to photograph the jewels under all angles, to include a video and to describe perfectly the jewel presented with professionalism and transparency. If, despite this, the jewel you received does not suit you, we offer you the possibility to return it for any reason.

The final return

You are not satisfied with the jewelry you received and wish to return it for a refund or a credit note.

The exchange

You are not satisfied with the jewel you received and wish to exchange it for another jewel or obtain a credit note for a future jewel purchase.

THE WITTING UP

The jewelry you received is not adjusted to your finger size, neck size or wrist size. Whenever possible, we will be able to adjust the jewelry.

The conditions of return

We fully accept returns for any reason. However, we ask that your returned jewel meets the following conditions :

The jewel must be in PERFECT CONDITION and it must not have been worn.
When you receive your Baume jewelry, it has a tamper-proof seal held in place by a thin cord. This seal allows you to try on the jewel without being embarrassed to see if it suits you. You can remove it as soon as you wish to keep the jewel. But to benefit from a return, THE CACHET MUST NOT BE REMOVED. If this were the case, we would consider that the jewel has been worn and that the return is not possible.

As it is an antique jewel, it must be returned exactly as it was sent to you.

Each jewel that will be returned to us will be controlled beforehand of the acceptance of the return by our workshop and our approved Expert who will be able to identify possible damages or lacks on the jewel compared to the state of the jewel at the time of its shipment.
The jewel is not a CUSTOM-MADE creation at the express request of the customer.
When a jewel was created at the request of a client or personalized according to his request, this one cannot be the subject of a return.

Please note that rings that have been cut to size in one of the proposed sizes can be returned to us.

To allow you to try PEACEFULLY your jewel at home and to be sure that it gives you FULL SATISFACTION, we offer you the possibility to return your jewelry against REIMBURSEMENT within 14 DAYS for Europe and 3 DAYS for all others countries.

The return procedure

Contact by email

Contact us by email so that we schedule together the return of your package.

For any return request, we thank you for contacting us beforehand in order to indicate the procedure to follow.

Prepare your return

Prepare your return package by placing the jewel, its box and its case in the original package, including the invoice and the certificate of authenticity. For security reasons, please do not write the name of our website or our company on the outside of the package.

Ship your package

Ship your package by the shipping method of your preference.

Please note that we recommend you to send your order with insurance at the value of the jewel and tracking number.

It should be noted that any return customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Bijoux Baume cannot be held responsible.

loss or theft

Thus in case of loss or theft of your package, an indemnity can be made.

Please note that the shipping costs remain at your expense.

Once received, we will check the jewel.

reimbursement

If the jewel is in conformity, the refund will be carried out by the same way of payment as the one used to settle your order as soon as possible and at most within 30 working days.

CREDIT NOTE
A credit note for the value of your order may also be offered.
It will be valid for 3 months from the date of return of the jewel.

RETURN
Europe : 14 days.
Others countries : 3 days
Shipping costs and Customs fees (if there are) are at your charge.
