French 20th Century 18 Karat Yellow Gold First Communion Dropsy Medal Pendant

Medal in 18 karat yellow gold, eagle head hallmark.
This antique medal depicts a highly detailed and symbolic scene in which an angel presents a child to Jesus, surmounted by a dove representing the Holy Spirit. The back is engraved with initials and the date June 30, 1920.
Religious pendant signed Dropsy.
Pendant sold alone, without its presentation chain.
Height : 2,8 cm approximately, width at the widest : 1.7 cm approximately, thickness : 0,9 mm approximately.
Total weight of the jewel : 3,5 g approximately.
