Lovely antique charm ring, it is made of a flat double ring like a gold ribbon which asymmetrically retains a natural pearl and a cushion-cut sapphire on its top.

Height : 7.32 mm, Width : 13.28 mm, Thickness : 3.87 mm approximately, Width at the base of the ring : 3.7 mm.
