Medal in 18 karat rose gold, horse head hallmark.
This antique round- shape medal is engraved of the Virgin Mary haloed holding the open arms and encircled by a chiseled decoration. The back of this antique medal is engraved with initals.
Pendant sold alone without its chain of presentation.
