French 1960s Retro Cultured Pearls 18 Karat Yellow Gold Locket Pendant

Pendant in 18 karat yellow gold, eagle head hallmark.
Oval-shaped, this medallion is adorned with 3 half cultured pearls in a faceted and chased surround. A gold cord borders the whole. At the 4 cardinal points, arabesque motifs adorn the pendant. The back is finely chased, and inside is a gold-rimmed glass to hold a keepsake.
Height : 4.5 cm approximately, width : 2.8 cm approximately, thickness : 12.5 mm approximately.
